Questions about sizing, delivery times, a missing parcel or a change of address all come to our team, not to your inbox. We answer them and sort them.
Shipping & packing
Every order is picked, packed and posted from our unit in Oxfordshire, tracked, and sent straight to your customer with your branding on the page they bought from.
Stock control
We hold the blank garments and reorder them. You never buy stock, never store boxes in a garage, and never chase a supplier when a size runs out.
Payments & checkout
Customers pay online at checkout through secure card payments. Money is collected and reconciled by us, so you are never chasing anyone for a payment.
Printing & embroidery
All production happens in-house on our own machines, so a print, an embroidered logo or a full back of names is made here rather than outsourced and delayed.
Hosting & upkeep
The shop lives on our site on our servers. Hosting, updates, uptime and security are ours to look after, with nothing for you to renew each year.

Tell us what you want to sell
Send your logo, your colours and a rough list of what your members, customers or staff would buy. Polos and hoodies are the usual start, caps and water bottles follow.

We build the store
We set up the shop in your branding, write the product pages, price the range the way you want it, and send you a link to check before anything goes live.

You share the link
Put it in your bio, your newsletter, your WhatsApp group or on the back of a flyer. That is genuinely the only marketing job you have.

Customers order and pay
They choose a size, pay online, and get a confirmation. If they have a question about the order, our team answers it.

We print and ship direct
Your logo is printed or embroidered here in Oxfordshire, then the parcel goes straight to them. You never touch a garment.

Each store is built in the partner's own colours, fonts, logo and photography. Shoppers arrive somewhere that reads as your brand, not a page on a print site, and every product is described the way you would describe it.

Questions we get asked
Does it really cost nothing?
Nothing. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee, no hosting bill and no charge for building the store in your branding. We make our money on the garments we print, so the shop itself is free and stays free.
Do I have to buy stock or commit to volumes?
No. There is no minimum order and no stock for you to purchase or store. We hold the blanks, and a customer can order one hoodie or five hundred on the same terms.
Who do my customers talk to when something goes wrong?
Us. Enquiries, sizing questions, delivery updates, replacements and refunds all come to our team. Your job is to point people at the shop, we look after everyone who walks through it.
How does the money get back to me?
You choose the model before launch: an agreed percentage of each sale, or a fixed amount on every item sold. We track it against the orders and pay it to you, so you are not reconciling spreadsheets.
Can you match our branding exactly?
That is the whole point of the store. Your logo, colours, fonts, tone of voice and photography go on the page, so it reads as your shop rather than a listing on someone else's site.
What can we actually sell?
T-shirts, polos, hoodies, gilets, softshells, hi-vis, caps, bags, bottles and mugs, printed or embroidered. If your members would wear it or buy it, we can almost certainly put it in the shop.
Can we change the range or prices later?
Yes, at any time. Add a new product for an event, take one out, or move a price, and we update the shop for you.
What happens to a personalised or leavers order?
Anything with names, numbers or dates is produced here once the order lands, so the customer gets a garment made for them and you still never handle it.
