What schools usually ask
What does it cost the school?
Nothing. We build, host and run the page at our cost and make our margin on the garments parents buy.
Do we have to make parents use it?
No, and we'd advise against it. Plain items must remain buyable anywhere. The page simply makes the easy, cheap option obvious.
How quickly can it be live?
Typically two weeks from the first call, including crest digitising and sample approval. Faster if you're up against a term deadline.
Can you handle a whole trust?
Yes. Each school gets its own page and crest, with shared pricing and one point of contact across the trust.
What about leavers hoodies?
We open a named ordering window on your page, collect every name and size, produce in one run and deliver to school together, so nobody chases individual orders.
Who deals with a wrong size?
We do. Parents contact us directly and we exchange it. The school office never becomes the returns desk.
